1. Institute of Natural Products Chemistry (INPC)

The Institute of Natural Products Chemistry under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. Fields research of institute:
- Natural Products Chemistry: Identify, research for bioactive compounds from land, marine and micro-organisms; convert and synthesize them into high valued products for serving in pharmaceutical industry, agriculture and exportation. Analyze natural materials and synthesize, analyze structure of natural compounds. Research essential oils and flavor materials for the perfumery, cosmetics, food processing industries and exportation. Synthesize and biosynthesize organic compounds, especially bioactive compounds, precious flavor used in industries and exportation.
- Bio-Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry: Research and deploy methods for assessing biological activity, micro-organisms criteria and products used in food industry and cosmetic. Developing of technology for exploitation and utilization of natural resources from land, marine and micro-organisms to produce biological products, preservatives, pesticides and bio-fertilizers.
- Application and Deployment: Research technology for industries on the field of natural products chemistry, pharmaceutical industry and food industry. Research and deploy production, trading of chemical for the pharmaceutical chemistry, food industry, cosmetics, electronics industry, biofuels, agriculture, environmental protection, exploration and exploitation oil and gas. Counselling technological transfer, produce processes. Set up collaborations on the field of training experts and international co-operation.

2. Institute of Environmental Technology (IET)

The Institute of Environmental Technology under the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology. Institute study the scientific and technological issues that related to the field of environment; implement and apply the environmental research achievements and transfer environmental technologies to support sustainable development in Vietnam; implement and apply the environmental research achievements and transfer environmental technologies to support sustainable development in Vietnam; offer the consultancies to State’s institutions on Environmental Protection Policy and the development of Environmental Technologies; train the professional staffs and to implement the international coopreation in the fields of environmental technologies research and application.

3. Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change (DMHCC)

Department of Meteorology, Hydrology and Climate Change is an organization directly under the Vietnam Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, with the function of advising and assisting the State administration on hydrometeorology, climate change and protect the floors ozone; perform the public service of hydrometeorology, climate change and protect the ozone layer under the Vietnam law.

4. University of Pierre and Marie Curie (UPMC)

UPMC, a top French university. University Pierre et Marie Curie has come to embody French excellence in science and medicine. 6. Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE)

Yunnan University of Finance and Economics (YUFE) was founded in 1951, and designated as one of the key provincial institutions of higher education by Yunnan Provincial Government in 1995. YUFE is a multi-disciplinary university with 20 schools and 2 departments. YUFE offers 50 Bachelor’s programs in the fields of economics, management, laws, philosophy, liberal arts, natural science, engineering and arts. Moreover, YUFE is entitled to grant first-class Master’s degrees in 10 areas, including Theoretical Economics, Applied Economics, Management Science and Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Marxist Theory, Mathematics, Computer Science and Technology, as well as Public Management.
